Returns and Exchanges

First, we are so happy you decided to choose to shop with us! We are a small clothing and accessory brand and, unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept returns for refunds or facilitate exchanges. However, we are pleased to offer store credit within 15 days of delivery.

All hair items are final sale.

Start store credit return process

  • initiate exchange within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Upon inspection of the returned item, we will process the return and deposit store credit. If Item does not meet requirements it will be returned to the customer. (requirements include - tag still attached and no seen wear, tear, or stains)
  • store credit does not expire and can be used with promotions and discounts

Other considerations

  • customers are responsible for return costs
  • Our items are thoughtfully inspected before shipment, but If you have received an item with a manufacturing error please fill out our contact form above

International Orders

We offer expedited shipping for international orders so we can get you your items as quickly as possible. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on the desired country. If an international order requests for an store credit return they will be responsible for shipping costs.
